How VoxKit works

The 5-step flow from sign-up to your first prioritized suggestion, and how to read feedback once it arrives.

1. Create your account
Sign in with a magic link — no password required.
2. Create an organization
An organization is the top-level account that owns your apps, API keys, and feedback.
3. Generate an API key
Each app you want feedback from gets its own API key, shown once — store it securely.
4. Install the widget
Paste the install snippet before </body> on your site. It POSTs feedback straight to your API.
5. Receive feedback
Once feedback arrives, VoxKit clusters similar reports and surfaces prioritized suggestions for your team to review.

Reading feedback and suggestions

Individual feedback items are grouped into clusters by similarity. A cluster becomes a suggestion once it crosses a volume threshold, ranked by how many users reported it. Approve a suggestion to promote it toward your roadmap, or dismiss it if it is out of scope.
